I’m calling it early it’s my first pass day
Exercise- Yes, 60 minute kickboxing class
Calories- Nope, I ate an entire roasted chicken for lunch. There is no coming back from that.
I pre logged my planned dinner and kept shrinking my serving sizes until I hit my calories and it was just sad. I had to think just because I ate an entire chicken for lunch I can’t punish myself by making dinner an exercise in torture. Take the Pass!
Errrr, so I rewarded myself for being so smart and ate a spoonful of peanut butter and some chocolate and another spoonful of peanut butter... whoops!
I have to add during this month I am only eating back 100 of my exercise calories per day if I need it. If I used my exercise calories I might have been able to squeak by before the chocolate peanut butter attack.
Tracking-Yes all of the dirty details
Roasted Chicken for your pass meal? Wow! Good for you! I envision mine being a bit more naughty. In fact I'm looking forward to it this coming week while traveling. But I am afraid that I may run with it (ie the peanut butter and chocolate chips attack). But really, if you're back on track the next day (or meal) then I'd say you've got some great habits forming! That's the goal, right?2 -

I was really feeling like this is becoming second nature and I'm so very great at tracking, planning, etc. Then I realized it's only been TWELVE days! For me that is. We're nearly half way through the month - time to plan a "Treat Yo Self" to keep me rolling!6 -

Pass Day #2
Went out to have dinner at lunchtime with my husband and then received an invitation we couldn’t pass up to a board game and dinner at a friends house with about 20 people I hadn’t seen in quite a while. Explain been had dinner at lunchtime she said no worries we’re just having salad and a light dinner with Salmon and sausages.
When I arrived there was a spread of orders of all the things that I have a hard time resisting of generally don’t eat. I won’t mention the mall here so I don’t trigger food cravings but I paid attention to every bite but I definitely ate more than I should have to stay under calorie goal.
Then ate dinner and then she brought up basically my favorite dessert is kind of a dessert bar so I had one average sized portion and calked it a night. Are you most calories yesterday of any day in the last 16 months to 17 months...But I don’t really regret it and we had a great time and I’m back on track today! Scale bounced up crazily (very hard hike, lack of sleep, and salty food & more food in ahem system.)
Calories: over
Exercise: 72 mins- steep hike
Tracked:,yes all, every day.
2 Pass Days so far: Jan 8, Jan 12
This coming week looks “safe”.
Open till recently I’ve had decoupled social engagements from food, But I’m finding it tougher to do now that I am thinner and my labs were all great - still figuring this out...
