    Calories?: Yes. I decided to not bank calories today and splurged on post dinner snack.
    Tracked?: Yes

    Pass Day so Far: 1.

    I dread Saturdays as I still eat out of boredom I guess. I'll do my best. I won't want to use up my last 2 passes this weekend. And already Sunday is planned pass day #2. I am invited for lunch.

    Thanks for the book recommendation @RangerRickL. Core is crucial indeed.

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes earned 340 exercise calories and left 126 "in the pot"

    Thank you for that comment...I did another group of exercise segments tonight (Leslie, Jane & Gilad sessions) after my initial post because I couldn't resist the other half of it! :)
