I don’t have a severe back problem. Since I love riding horses, I want my back to be able to stay healthy. It was a shock to me that my L4/L5 gave way during routine farm chores. You all know that I research everything. Now I’m on a mission to make sure my back health is good. This book is already teaching me concepts that may keep me from further weakness in my back.
Based on what I have read so far, I recommend it to everyone.

S I G H .... Fridays are gonna be a challenge to get the pre-work 7 minute HIIT in .... it is the day I report my weekly weigh-in on two other challenges ... and check out on progess by others ... and what's new here .... and I leave in less than 30 minutes and haven't started cooking breakfast eggs or coffee yet .... work-morning MFP is just as bad for my morning routine as a brand new book! So hard to walk away from!7

"Life Happens while you are Making Other Plans" - that sounds like exactly the kind of day UAC passes are built in for, once one gets the hang of a "usually works most-days" routine for their circumstances ... along with planned-pass Special Events on the calendar.3 -
@RangerRickL, I've got the women's book on hold at the library and have recommended the one you're reading to my 26-year-old son who is already having back issues. Thanks!2

Pass Day so Far: 1.
I dread Saturdays as I still eat out of boredom I guess. I'll do my best. I won't want to use up my last 2 passes this weekend. And already Sunday is planned pass day #2. I am invited for lunch.
Thanks for the book recommendation @RangerRickL. Core is crucial indeed.4 -

It's FRIDAY!!! Make it a great weekend.
Exercise? Yes. Busy day today with ventures out to an investment office, credit union, restaurant, two big box hardware stores, two general retail stores, two grocery stores, library...and back home. Followed that up with 40 minutes of low impact aerobics with Leslie. The foregoing itinerary took up the better part of this extremely COLD day. I am, now, VERY TIRED.
Calories? Yes, within allowance. Was very careful with choices this evening to stay within budgeted amount; and I used a smaller size plate tonight to prevent any over sized portions. I did use most of my earned exercise calories today...but the cheesecake was worth it!
Tracked? Yes, everything logged.
My first planned pass day this month will be this coming Sunday, 1/13. I will be preparing a birthday dinner for 2 friends, both of whom will have had birthdays this month. I won't be tracking or counting on Sunday...but will, most likely, complete the exercise portion of this challenge.5 -
