    Calories?: Yes. I decided to not bank calories today and splurged on post dinner snack.

    Pass Day so Far: 1.

    I dread Saturdays as I still eat out of boredom I guess. I'll do my best. I won't want to use up my last 2 passes this weekend. And already Sunday is planned pass day #2. I am invited for lunch.

    Thanks for the book recommendation @RangerRickL. Core is crucial indeed.
