Do you watch something or listen to music while exercising on your trampoline? I just might have to drag mine out...

It always goes in front of the tv when in use - and we have a laptop hooked up that "thinks the tv is a monitor"

I have a Wii game called "Walk It Out", but I have also:
    • jogged while watching a tv show or dvd or Netflix
    • jogged while watching Youtube videos of virtual trails unrolling in front of me (found by searching for "treadmill workouts" or "elliptical workouts" ) Been all over the world that way LOL
    • might well do the same "jog while I watch" while considering a first preview of other potential (non Low Intensity Steady State cardio type) exercise possibilities on Youtube or a borrowed exercise DVD might offer
    • If you had access to Chromecast or the like, I imagine the possible choices are even wider ...
    • music would be a possibility too, but I would be more inclined to earbuds or a cd with the virtual trail unrolling in front of me and the tv on "mute". But that's just me.

Will have to take a pass day for the prior day. Am traveling and finding it harder than I thought to stay on track. I look forward to being back to my regular routine.
