soo annoyed cuz my face keeps breaking out no matter what i do to help it and looking back at selfies from earlier 2018 my skin was so clear, hopefully as i start reducing the sugar and processed food in my diet my skin should clear up again?? this only started happening when i started eating too much junk food, so crossing my fingers everything goes back to normal in a month 😭7 -

@jan110144 I agree…good health is truly a blessing. Like you, I am also a senior citizen and take no prescribed medications. I like to attribute some of that to a healthy lifestyle; but, then must acknowledge much of it has to do with family history (genetics), environment, physical ailments (injury), etc. There are a myriad of factors which enter into our well-being, only some of which we can control.6 -

Exercised?: Yes: got stood up for my gym date so dragged myself out for a 37 minute, 3.03km walk in the Canadian winter after dark... wouldn't have done it if not for this challenge... so thanks!

I'm still restricted by my doctor to walking only. I am recovering from a back injury.

Exercise - Yes. 1hr 15min lifting session. 20 min. Cardio.
Calories - Yes. 1750 net calorie goal every day (-1.5 lbs per week). Ended up at 1636. I was slightly in the red at 11:30 pm, so I just did a 20 minute cardio session to get me back in the green.
Tracked - Yes.
I leave tomorrow for a work trip for 4 days. Eating out every meal (and not my choice where we go as it is a group deal) and usually hit a bar or 2 at night. I will track diligently (I am very consistent with that, even when I have a bad day). If I have no more than 1 pass day over the next 4, that will be a major victory. Good news is the hotel has a seemingly decent workout area, so I should be able to keep up with that. Wish me luck!

Tough day. Lunch choices not so good so I had my healthful snacks and just ate salad my husband left for me when I got home so well under. I have to plan better. Unfortunately I had to leave early and not able to pack my lunch today. Planning ahead seems to be the way to success for me.
