Completely off track.

Last week I had a big fight with my husband and we both learned a few things that we don't like about each other (no big surprise, we've only been married a few months) that I'm having a hard time internalizing. With Christmas being tomorrow, and all the unhealthy food around, I completely fell off the bandwagon and I've been eating whatever - and not logging it. How do I get back on track? Any tips and motivation would really be appreciated.
