    Yearly goals are so hard for me to set. Life changes so much in a year. However, there are a couple of things that I want to work on that should stay relevant.

    1) make monthly goals
    2) be more active in the forums
    3) try more things

    1) Remain consistent with fitness lifestyle throughout the 2019 year.
    2)End of 2019 PLifting targets: Bench 125( current 75), Squat 175 (current 125) Deadlift 200 (current 165). Install Clean and Press in rotation.
    3) Create dynamic definition in my back, arms, abs and quads.

    Goals is to focus more on upper body gains. Get my bench press stronger.

    Finally buy a barbell - currently working with dumbbells
