What did you accomplish today?
Did you walk 5 minutes?
Did you use the stairs instead of the elevator?
Did you listen to music (like Kpop) to smooth over the stress?
Did you decide to let go of something that no longer serves you?
Did you eat baked french fries versus the very tempting deep fried version that still smelled so yummy
Did you practice thankfulness today?
These are just a few examples of we can heal or maintain our bodies, minds and souls.

Worked out for at least 45 minutes. Some dancing, resistance and small weights. Had to take a kids Motrin to get rid of some of the joint pain before I started working out but the only way to make my joints better is to work out.

I found like this young woman that my waist starts changing around day 7 of hooping but nothing like the 2 1/2 inches she was able to take off.

Not one of my better days but I did 15 minutes of stretching exercise.

I just rewatched that drama again because I needed a push to get me past my current health struggles. I hit a low point this week where it was why me but today I woke up with I will just keep pushing forward.0

Today I'm just absorbing information videos and I watched one of my favorite you tube channel people. I noticed she had toned arms and she's only 4 years younger than me so today I'm going to cut open my moving box and get out my weights. Did good on my eating which I'm refocusing on.
