Hi Everyone,
I'm new to this group. I've been cleaning up my diet for the last year and got serious about Keto in August. My "stats" are below but the most important indicator of my progress is how I feel.
I LOVE not being hungry all of the time. I LOVE not being a SLAVE to carbs, cookies, pasta, bread, ice cream, donuts, banana bread, etc. etc. etc.
I made this change mainly because of the overall health benefits, but my weight loss and fat loss progress have been good too. The weight never budged before despite being very active.
Please add me as a friend. Despite my progress, I need motivation to continue to eat this way. It's hard to change a lifelong addiction to bad carbs.
Starting Weight = 154.8 (August, 2017)
Current Weight = 130.2
Goal Weight = not sure. I would like to hit 25% body fat. Whatever weight that ends up being, I'm fine with. I want to be muscular, strong and healthy (not skinny).
