Anyone interested in joining me on a Whole30 Challenge this January? No sugar, no alcohol, no grains, no legumes, no dairy. Lots of resources out there, tho this will be my first time doing it. I need to reset badly. I just placed a hold on a couple of library books, and will be working up my menu plans and shopping lists with an eye to kicking off this challenge next Tuesday.

    Besides the dairy, this is what I do every day. It’s very close to Keto and can be a very good way to jumpstart a body’s weight loss. I wish you all the luck because it isn’t easy at first. But, with determination and perseverance it can (and is) be done!

    I will love cheering you, and anyone else, on as you navigate your way. Plus, I don’t mind helping with any questions you may have. I definitely don’t know all there is to know about it, but don’t mind trying to help anyone as much as possible!

    One of my friends does several Whole 30s a year! She just started one on the first! I'm in a really good spot right now, and refuse to give up my dairy, lol, or I'd join you! Good luck!
