Almost got cardio completed tonight before the dvd player went on the blitz. Will have to get another one in the morning. I may double back this weekend and do it again. Week 2 is almost in the bag everyone!0

Double Friday is DONE! I liked the abs more this time around even though for some I have to modify, but it went much better. I did Abs first the Lower. I think I did better on the lower too. Can't wait to see how much better I do next week.0

I did a 2 mile run with 1/2 mile walk this a.m. and this afternoon I did my DOUBLE DAY workout. I did the AB's first then the Lower Body. It did seem easier this time!
