    @Andreabroadley is new to WaistAways, and her question is on the top of our chatroom pg 4. When I posted the question here, I didn't realize she was already in our Step Challenge list, and that her question was more in the nature of "should I draw back as I am not a high-number stepper"? I told her to go for it. Probably wouldn't hurt for her to also hear the same message from you, @Navydaddjtc
