    I am excited to be at work on this again in January. I keep chipping away at this, and am making progress.

    Oh, and one of my holiday gifts was a copy of the "Atomic Habits." If you want to read something with practical application to changing behaviors around eating, you might give it a try!

    OK, that's the holiday weight lost. I'm excited to head to the 260s for the first time in 15 years or so? I got to 270 around 5 years ago so that's an exciting goal for me.

    And thank you for the compliment about being consistent! I am a big believer in the process. I started working on health last January, and weight did not start coming off until May. So I'm a big believer in all the work adding up. We just have to keep at it. :smile:
