    I went ahead and made an appt with my ob due to some symptoms. I'm going to push for wither an ultrasound or mammogram. I've just got this inkling something is wrong so going to get checked out.

    Hello everyone :) Hope its OK if I burst in on your party here! I lost quite a bit of weight about 6 years ago but never made it to goal. Actually over the years I gained back 40 of what I lost *sigh*. Need to get my act in gear here! Hope to find my mojo again and some motivation! Hopefully I am doing this right...

    Are you weighing your food or just eyeballing it? I have to weigh everything. I don't use measuring cups either and I am very picky about entries from the database....there are a LOT of incorrect and out of date ones.

    I use a digital food scale. Right now I'm chalking it up to bad pms but I've never gained more than three pounds with it.

    @BrownieKitty12345 - Great to check with the doctor, of course! For what it's worth, it took me about five months to make enough changes to start losing weight steadily. For me, just calorie counting didn't do it. I took it on like a science project, and kept trying additional small changes (make a change, watch it for a few weeks, adjust if needed). I ended up changing when I ate and what I ate as well. Anyway, don't give up!

    @mram3582 - How are you doing today?

    @808malia - Happy belated birthday! I hope you had tons of fun on your big day! And now that you are back to the plan, I hope that going well, too!

    Just confirmed via ob. I am indeed pregnant. They will do another blood test tomorrow to make sure my levels are rising since i've had two miscarriages already. We should know something by Friday night. The blood test estimates im at 4 days to 1 week. lol Still, I'm pregnant and we did it without fertility medication!

    So this week was a funny one XD My real weigh in was yesterday and the scale showed 277 (again). I was severely unimpressed with this as I had been eating below calories and exercising really well so thought I'd give it an extra day. Turns out that did the trick and I see a 4lb difference from yesterday hehe.

    @BrownieKitty12345BIG congratulations!!!

    Got a ludicrous amount of work to get done this weekend but hope you all have a goodun! At least I'm in a good mood now after that weigh in ^_^

    Got the all clear from my OB to eat keto and to up my exercise a bit. I’ve started 30 mins of walking and I plan to start yoga. Not eating completely keto but trying to eat low carb. I’ve been really craving dried banana chips. I’m terrified of another loss (I’ve already had two) and I’m also worried being obese and pregnant. One day at a time though. :) I have not allowed myself to get to excited yet. I want my heart to be emotionally prepared Incase this one doesn’t stick also. I have another blood draw Tuesday and if it’s still on the lower side I’ll have an ultrasound to make sure it’s not ectopic. This past Tuesday my hcg was 18 and by Thursday it more than doubled to 71. We’ll see what the future holds!

    @austinruadhain - yes - that wedding weekend killed me - but scale has been creeping up and not down - been logging and cheating LOL. The problem is me. And I am the solution as well - here goes EVERYTHING

    @Daynacrd - If more support would be helpful, I am also a member of an MFP group that has daily checkins (really quick -- just how are you doing according to your day's plan for food, water, exercise), weekly weigh-ins (your results get folded in with your team's, and then we see which team did the best during a given week), and lots of supportive chat. No pressure intended. Just trying to offer something that might help? I like it because checking in with other people more often is a plus for me (I know it isn't for everyone).

    Anyone is welcome, so check it out of that sounds like something that would help.

    Keto is working really well for me. No cravings and eating lots of healthy food. Exercise 4X per week.
