Hello everyone! I have been on fitness pal and tracking my food and exercise diary including water for a week now, and i have found it absolutely amazing! The accountability is just exceptional, So far i have lost ten pounds, i have to lose about 20 more for my breast reduction surgery which i am really amped for... and i decided since that will be my lowest weight in years why not take that opportunity to go all the way to very near my ideal weight... my dream is to be able to shop in a regular store for jeans and t-shirts and even thrift shops and i don't mean the plus sizes! That is my goal...
