I live in Saudi Arabia, I cannot get pork. I use ground chicken for my stuffed bitter melon soup. I cannot find the nutritional information, and can't seem to calculate it for myself. HELP, I make this every Sunday and have it for either breakfast or lunch everyday during the week. Is this working against me?
