I have a renewed energy to get back on track. I'm getting back into the LCHF today and plan on keeping it that way. How is everyone else!?

I too, have started LCHF (I'm trying to follow a ketogenic diet to deal with my PCOS) and am finding it is really having a positice impact on my weight. I do have a couple of concerns:
1) Worried about consuing tok much saturated fat from things like oils (olive, coconut, etc.,),
2) Will I be able to integrate complex cabs back into my diet once I've reached my goal weight, without just putting it all back on?0 -
What macros are you guys doing for LCHF? My PT reckon they should be equal for carbs, fat and protein but LCHF obviously isn't... Any suggestions?0
