1. 30lbs off for good
2. change nutrition to healthier
3. delete diet coke habit
4. Triathalons and 5ks with no injury and increased speed

1.Lose 5 lbs of holiday wt gain
2.Join work insurance incentive program
already did. A1c stable at 5.5
3. no desserts or candy or fries (need a redo since monday!)
4. safe off road duathalon ( run bike run)
5. Faster 5k end of month
6. go to gym twice
