First few days of Keto

So day is day 4 for me on this Keto journey. I have officially lost 3.2 pounds. I should be ecstatic with my results right? But for some reason I am waiting for the scale to shoot up. In my mind, this isn't really happening. It's as if I'm in shock and denial. I'm going to eventually stop looking at the scale daily. Maybe weekly would be better. How are you all doing? I would love to hear from others going through the same thing.
