Hello everyone, I am re starting for the 10000000....the times. Ideas on food and especially motivation. It is absolutely a mental struggle which I seem to be loosing. 1st time I did it, I lost 20pounds in 3 months. Now I cannot seem to get back on track.

Starting keto tomorrow May 1st. Don't know what to eat? Have looked and looked online.
I have no problem with any other carbs but chocolate calls my name - all the time. I have lost weight but I have not been able to make it in to ketosis yet. Any ideas?
Water has been my biggest enemy. Although I am currently on day 4 of keto, I made my water intake goal for the first time on day 3. It seems like such a chore right now. I'm waiting for the day where it will feel more natural. Your thoughts?
I'm just starting out on the keto-style food plan & so far (day 2) I'm doing pretty good. But in the evenings I find myself craving the usual snacks (often Skinny Pop popcorn). Are there snack items with less carbs than the 9 in the 100-cal. bag of popcorn?
