Newbie

Hi. I'm a newbie to MFP but not a newbie to attempting to lose weight.
I'm in Sydney, Australia. 53 years young and 113K. I'm a shortie too... 154cm.
I have done some very basic yoga in the past - Hatha Yoga. Now I'm wanting to learn yoga as an overall health focus.

Which asanas would you recommend to start with? I;ve been told that Salute to the sun is a good gentle way to start and moving into other asanas from there.

Your help would be very appreciated!
