Woke up this morning and I weighed in at a solid 204 lbs. My goals for this week is to have one raw meal a day (green smoothie) and exercise 6 days.

My goal is to eat as clean as possible and to workout 4 - 5 nights per week. The scale has finally started to move a little, so whooo hooo!!0 -
Its almost the end of the day and I am glad to say that I stuck to my goals today. I burnt 424 calories running on the treadmill and I feel great. I am off to take a shower and indulge in another green smoothie. Hope your day went well friends.0

I feel so energized and alive today. I guess it true when they say that if you consume more fruits and vegetables you feel more alive . I hope everyone else's day is going well.0

Goal this week is to up my water quota. For some reason, I'm finding this extremely difficult lately. Surprising since it's been so hot here.0
