New Here!! But I've been keto since 11/12/18

Hi Everyone!!

I'm 33, new here and looking for some friends!! I've been following keto per my doctors suggestion since November 12 of last year, and I'm currently down 28.3 pounds. I have about 80-90 left to lose but doing so in small mini goals to keep it realistic and less overwhelming!! I'm not sure whether I am "strict keto" or not, but I try my very best! I'm learning every day about this way of eating, as it's a lifestyle change for good.

As of right now, I'm not exercising but planning on starting yoga again soon. I have severed arthritis in my knee and was advised by my orthopedic specialist that until I begin PT, it be best I keep to low impact work outs.

Looking forward to being here, and open to any and all advice/tips you give newbies. Definitely open to making friends and growing my Keto support circle!!
