How to log workouts?

I am desperately trying to log the workouts. I am now in Phase 1 week 3. I don't own a HRM but weigh approx 164. I do the workouts daily and sometimes supplement with extra workout at GYM (doing ColorRad 5K run in Sept).
Any help -suggestions greatly appreciated.

    Logging it as circuit training is probably the easiest. MFP usually overestimates a little, but if you're working out extra, that will probably be fine. But think about getting a HRM. There are so many variables. What weights you're using, modifications, effort, etc. I got mine when I started BR, and the calorie difference when I use heavier weights and/or ankle and glove weights is pretty significant. Even something as simple as if I had my coffee in the morning or not influenced my burn. But MFP will take your weight into account to calculate your estimated calories burned as far as I know. So that's a safe bet.
