Hey guys been doing keto and intermittent fasting for 1.5 weeks now and have lost 2.5kgs. 14.2kgs from my heaviest weight. Would love some friends to encourage eachother in keto eating and losing weight ☺

Since a few of you are new you might still be in the window to get the keto flu. Stock up on powerade zero and add a teaspoon of salt as needed. Be sure to drink lots of water. The keto flu is no fun but can be prevented.5
