Track - Mostly, hit my compute before having another one and a half beers, and a dove chocolate. So, I was NOT happy with my 5 week result before I entered my exercise...…...can only imagine how much worse it would have been had I entered those. Vicious merry-go-round. How does that saying go...….the definition of insanity is....yep you guessed it. Coming to talk to you guys really does help. Helps me to look in the mirror.

Excellent quote. If I would have posted this on the 19th instead of the 20th, I think it would have encouraged me for the 20th.3 -

Tracked all, yes, I always do
Exercise: 1/2 my usual steps but I did a difficult (for me) 75 minute core-focused yoga class
And spend an hour on my PT, most of it with weights
Food: over by 321 😳
The yoga & PT don’t burn the calories of my hikes and walks, but they definitely improve my strength, flexibility, muscles.
I had so much fun with my friend that I think I was grieving. Food as comfort. Rare for me.1 -
