Exercise: forced myself through 20 minutes yoga
Calories: over slept really badly and it impacted on the whole day. Comfort eating chocolate is my downfall and I fell hard!

Sleep ... it is such a challenge for me to stay on plan when I don't sleep well (or when I am feeling really tired for whatever reason). I'm still working on improving sleep.
Just keep working things out...and keep on tracking and posting, regardless of pass days. You can do this!

Tracked all, 300 cal deficit, and 64 mins on exercise bike BECAUSE of UAC!!! I was feeling a little under the weather, so convinced myself to do just 20 mins. Got going & long story short ride longer then switched to HIIT totaling over an hour.2
