    My report:
    Exercise: I moved on up the mountain by adding 15 minutes more of incline. I picked up trash on my way down. Recently, I read an article about plogging which is a word created to combine pickup of trash with jogging. I don’t jog but I took a bag with me today for trash.

    Interesting point about plogging.... I have to research it. :)

    Feb 5 Exercise- Mild yoga in the morning as I was stiff. A very cold 3km brisk walk at lunch time.
    Calories tracked and within allowance.

    Sleep ... it is such a challenge for me to stay on plan when I don't sleep well (or when I am feeling really tired for whatever reason). I'm still working on improving sleep.

    Just keep working things out...and keep on tracking and posting, regardless of pass days. You can do this!

    Tracked all, 300 cal deficit, and 64 mins on exercise bike BECAUSE of UAC!!! I was feeling a little under the weather, so convinced myself to do just 20 mins. Got going & long story short ride longer then switched to HIIT totaling over an hour.
