Welcome returning team members and new members.
Everyday, there is a Super Simple Summary of the Rules in the #1 discussion cell at the start of the daily discussion thread.
There is a FAQ section
There is an explanation section, so please first
After that, feel free to ask a question within your daily report-post. This is a wonderful and helpful team. Truthfully, there is no silly question. We really want you to succeed.

Congratulations to all who made circle last month. Great to see so many new names on the list.
Congratulations too if you made it to the end of last month, even if not in circle. This is the attitude that will lead you to succeed.
The real secret to this group is just do your best today. Forget yesterday, Forget tomorrow. Just today. If you can do that 25 times out of 28, you will make circle.
You do your best enough times, it becomes habit. Once it's habit, it's hard not to do it.
Talking of habits, I'll try be a lot more diligent with reading and posting this month. Starting with today.

@MadisonMolly2017 is promoted to UAC Ambassador status. Thanks for your ongoing welcome on the Challenge board. I just posted my last invitation. I like our neighborhood atmosphere and collegiality. There are 91 people signed up and lots of our ongoing team members have renewed their participation.
That makes me happy!
Plus our frequent visitor team member with a variety of ever changing screen names @bocasdelcrazygrandpabob is signed up too! That's always great news. Bob is a mountain climbing off-road Superman with a heart the size of Secretariat.
Welcome to everyone.
I'm going to go catch a plane to Phoenix.
Back tomorrow

Congratulations to everyone who made it to the winners circle last month, and also to those who kept showing up and putting in the hard work despite knowing they had already used their pass days. Reading all of your comments, ideas, and successes (no matter how small!) makes a difference to your teammates, and definitely to me! Thank you to everybody!!9

My diagnosis came in today - I have Diverticulosis and although I'm a vegetarian who eats plenty of fruit, nuts etc I have to overhaul my diet to a SUPER HEALTHY high fibre, recipe books out and re writing my shopping list looking forward to the changes
As I was at the hospital most of the day and due to conscious sedation no exercise, I'm taking the pass day on the chin11 -

The following Ted Talk video was originally shared by @craigo3154 , but is SOO worth regular repeat viewing by all.
Inside the mind of a master procrastinator – Tim Urban
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=arj7oStGLkU
By watching it first, you will GET why, as shown in this second video from one of my other challenges, so many go for the immediate, easy choice without making the connection to the fact that they are only making things harder for themselves down the road. By joining UAC, you show that you have already made the connection to "harder in the moment / easier - better life overall"
This 10 min video from Fearless Motivation features the National Spokesperson for the Boys&Girls cCub of America, Denzel Washington
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QyzuzFISNJ0&feature=youtu.be
Then apply the Goal => Day-by-Day Discipline and Commitment => Accomplishment formula to your own specific situation and challenges to get you through the month.
To me, this video encapsulates the Big Picture (General) Theory behind what we learn on a personal, practical level by living the UAC way day by day .... No …. Matter …. HOW …. an individual day goes.
Go TEAM!
Each of us can work this in our own way, applied to our own circumstances, to end February in some way farther along our individual paths than where we stand at this moment!10 -
