Green smoothies are a great way to get your daily recommended servings of fruits and veggies. I personally enjoy drinking a 24 0z smoothie in the morning. Does anyone have any great recipes they can share?

1 cup Frozen spinach ( was fresh when purchased)
3 Frozen Bananas (ideally very over ripe , peeled and sliced for easy blending.)

My "go to" green drink is actually juiced. Green apple, celery, cucumber, carrot, green pepper, kale/spinach and a slice of fresh ginger. I pour this over ice with a little seltzer water. Favorite smoothie isn't green but its mango, banana, homemade yogurt, almond milk and ice. When I crave extra sweets I put in a spoonful of crunchie peanut butter. For fiber I use flaxseed, chia seed, wheat germ or oatmeal if I have nothing else. I really think I could live on juices and smoothies if necessary.0
