PCOS, TTC, Vegan, Need some moral support.

Back after an 12 month hiatus...

Trying to conceive, facing typical PCOS challenges so on a low sugar diet. Need to lower BF% and get back on the fitness bus.

Did 12 months of F45. Starting weight 53kg, finishing weight 62kg (Gained 5kg of muscle.)

After a 12 month break...down, now 72kg, took bulking a little too seriously!

Struggling with macro/micro division and getting my cushy tush into gear.

You're support, guidance and motivation would be amazing. I've missed the MFP fam.

    Hi Amanda, I am not trying to conceive or have PCOS but I found your post relatable!! I’ve been doing over F45 for over a year, I haven’t been weighing myself but when I went for my pre-challenge body scan yesterday I was gobsmacked to see I was 7kg heavier than what I thought I was! I feel more toned so I don’t know if it is muscle gain or I’m just in denial. I am also now 72kg (32% BF) with a goal of 58kg, thought we could support each other?
