Hey guys today I was over my fat and didnt hit my protein goal. Will that effect results or throw me out of ketosis?

as long as you are at or under the carb limit, you should be fine2 -
Your fat is over by 52 g today and you have not been eating your protein based on your food diary so I don't think you are in ketosis. But I will defer to others to advise you.0

Very low carb is what causes ketosis. Body builders who eat a ketogenic diet during their bulks, bulk up by eating fat and protein. They remain in ketosis by keeping their carbs extremely low.2

You'll want to try and hit your protein to retain muscle mass.
Protein is a goal
Carbs are a limit
Fat is a limit, you only need to eat enough to help your feel satiated.
The only thing that effects ketosis is your carb intake.
