Do you count Points for condiments?
If yes which ones?

I never have counted any for ketchup or mustards. I bought some Lite mayo and a horseradish mayo? but ignore it.

I’m on Maintenance so I am more lax and don’t sweat the small stuff. But I didn’t when I was trying to lose, Maybe why it took me so long but I never worried about condiments.

Not really. Mayo (FF, or Light) mixed into egg, tuna, potato salads, yes. Salad dressings always.

I count ketchup and light miracle whip.

On a side note, I don't count for the two gummy vitamins I take every day.

Count? When losing I did. Salsa and mustard were freebies. Don’t know if that was the official WW stance but it was mine. My problems with other standards, ketchup, mayo, bbq sauce, are a matter of portion control.

I still recall learning to eat fast food grilled chicken sandwiches with mustard instead of mayo.

I don't count points for hot sauce and seldom use catsup. I don't use mayo.

Light Mayo, BBQ sauce are a yes. I don't for catsup, but don't use much of it. We buy reduced sugar catsup.
