I have melatonin/magnesium at home but im assuming its completely different doses than what i would get with the combo. I have started going a bit more often but like someone mentioned its very small. I eat a ton of coliflower or coliflower rice, but that doesnt do much. I also eat my fair share of no sugar added russel stover chocolates...they do nothing of the laxative effect as well. But thank you for all the good suggestions!1
