    Week 1 weigh in
    PW 256.3
    CW 260.3

Very upset with myself that I allowed my emotions to take over this past week. I don’t eat many carbs and this past week I ate pizza, French fries, bread all week. I know it will be better going forward.

@benbowers Are you just eating low calorie or by specific macros? I love meal planning and would be happy to do some research and post some recipes if it will help you?

Exactly the same with me, has to find some recipes, otherwise I'm bored to eat all the same :(

    Calories- Under
Exercise- No not really, I did a lot of housework though, a lot of sorting out.
Comment- I'm happy with today, I've ordered new scales because mine are broken on the back and I get different readings on my mums scales and now I'm worried I'm going to have to go back and change every log on my apps so I still get my graphs and that if mine are the ones at fault. I'll carry on using the same scales for the rest of this challenge though as I don't want to mess up things x

So, I got a new scale yesterday and there is almost a 10lbs difference. ???IDK I changed my starting weight since it is still the beginning of the month but I have no idea why there is such a big difference. My other scale WAS almost 20yrs old though.

@mram3582 this is why I'm afraid to get a new scale. Mine is at least 10 years old and it's not digital so it's time, but I skeered lol.

@mram3582 I read this post and it made me laugh, I haven't had ANYTHING for 20 years....I can't even imagine that...and a scale?! You know they don't last forever right lol.

And I really popped in here to encourage someone to volunteer to be Co-Captain and help your wonderful Captain out....is there anyone interested in helping...she's doing an amazing job, but a little help can never hurt, right?!

If you're interested, please let me or her know. I'd love to get every team a Captain and Co-Captain as we've been full for a few months now and that's basically 40 team members per team and that is a lot for one person to manage. So if you're able to punch in weights on the spreadsheet and post a little encouragement from time to time, it would be extremely helpful!

@daisytripp I'm just eating by calorie at the moment. Any help is greatly appreciated! 😁

Is it just me, or does anyone else save calories just for an alcoholic drink each day?😂

Well, I guess that I am going to take my new scale back. 1st it gave me a +10lbs reading, then every time I step on it it gives me wild readings +/- 6-8lbs reading every time. New scale, new batteries??? I put a 10lbs weight on it to see if it was calibrated right and got 3 different readings....so...it is going back today.

@shanteel612 Well, the super bowl nachos got WA_Teacher too. You're not alone!
@gatorbob353 I think that a lot of people are feeling that after super bowl too. At least you know where you went wrong and what you have to do. You've got this! Next week it going to be the week it happens!
@surflivelove The day is always better with lots of doggie time! Awesome day!
@benbowers You ARE headed in the right direction! There is a recipe swap group that puts up menus for specific macros. I don't know what the group is called, but I saw it the other day when scrolling through the active groups.
@12774 Oh! This weather though!! I hope it lasts more than 20mins. I can't wait for Thursday so I can go to the park too!
@bryony_bby I'm having scale issues too. I'm going to take mine back tomorrow because I think there is a short or a serious calibration issue. Frustrating!
@honey5 great job getting in that exercise today!
    @trimformecmb Perfect day!

@ghy5 You're really going somewhere with those steps! You should map out where you want to walk to in miles on the map and see how long it takes you to get there. Order a postcard from where ever you choose and show us where you're going!

Well, I broke my Keto diet today! Ate a hot dog at Costco, as a result of being too hungry and not making a good choice. 540 calories per. So there's that. Starting clean tomorrow!

Exercise: 20 minutes flexibility exercises / lunges & squats

My goal this month is to work on my flexibility/ mobility, in particular my hips. I'm going to do this on my days off from the gym. I'm also going to add squats and lunges as these are in my gym program but I often leave them to last and find I have no energy left to do them properly.
