@mrs1spy Have you checked your scale lately? I thought that I had plateaued also, but then my husband weighed the EXACT same as me and we found out that our scale was kaput.

Ate lunch out. Did NOT make good choices. I've had a difficult week food-wise.1 -
I'm gonna catch up with everyone in the morning. Pretty sure I have the flu and I have been in bed all day...about to take a shower and go back to be. I love my "surface of the sun, oh my god, who pays my electric bill?!" hot water shower. I am about to blister off at least 3 layers of skin and it is going to be awesome!
