If you've never tried chimichurri before, you should go to an Argentinian steakhouse or try to make it yourself. It's seriously the best condiment i've had on food. It's also keto friendly because it's basically olive oil and herbs. If you do make chimichurri yourself, let me know what method you use. This is how we make it in my house, but there are a lot of variations out there. Usually we do BBQ, chimichurri and vegetables and that's a perfect keto meal for us. ![llkdtqi4fakt.jpg](https://us.v-cdn.net/5021879/uploads/editor/j0/llkdtqi4fakt.jpg)

I love a good Chimichurri, but have yet to make it myself. I especially like it in rare flank steak, or really any lean steak. Fatty steak (9.5oz ribeye tonight, woot!) needs nothing but salt. Mind you, I'll eat the lean steak with nothing but salt too, lol1

It is an excellent and delicious way to use up parsley that was purchased for another recipe that needed only a couple tablespoons.1

@nicsflyingcircus yes, that's how we grill the steaks too, just salt. Nice on the ribeye:)
@kpk54 yes, i always have left over parsley and i feel bad if i don't use it. I grow basil, dill and mint in pots so i only use what i need but i buy parsley and i hate to see it go to waste.
