From 186 to 164 in less than 30 days. Many people are asking if the diet works. IT DOES for me and my husband at the very least.
We started this diet after I did a lot of online research and coming across Dr. Boss on YouTube. From there my husband and I have watched videos and read about the benefits and downsides of the diet.
We have done this while we watch the pounds drop off, the energy levels go up and last all day long, yes I did say all day long.
The downside of this diet is that is probably not the greatest diet for high intensity training. If you are in that type of exercise program you probably will need to modify it a little bit to have the energy to finish your training. At least this has been my husband’s experience.
