    Hello, I am new to the Keto experience. I have read several articles, watched YouTube videos and have decided to try it out. My goal this week is to generate a meal plan. I am assuming that this is one of the first steps to take to be successful in this journey. Do you find meal planning to be helpful?

    Hi Olivia!! It truly did for sure the first week. I was very into the whole meal planning and went to the supermarket to get all the items I needed for an entire week. It worked well, if you have the time is really the best way to go. We have been doing this diet for 3 weeks and today starting the 4th week. Now we don’t plan as much given that we keep the types of things we need in the refrigerator and freezer.
