    Stepoholics, please check the spreadsheet for accuracy and provide missing data. Those of you who are time travelers and giving me steps in the future, I'm assuming your dates/data are posted as intended and that's what I'm posting.

    Where do I find the spreadsheet? I've looked and cant find it :(

    https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/114605-f2f-weight-loss-challenge-and-support-group

    If you go to the F2F home page (see above hyperlink) and scroll down you will see hyperlinks for the January and February spreadsheets

    Have I ever mentioned how im electronically impaired, hahaha, ive clicked those links so many times and just the weightloss sheet pops up, never until now did i look on the bottom for the other spread sheets, moving along now :D:D:D

    Whats your workout look like today? I am going to yoga, its a very slow paced, ment for older people, yoga, but I can adapt it to work for me, and its $10 a month, and at work. Im not flexible, and I have vertigo (bad enough it puts me in the hospital almost every time) So this is suppose to help that. when I get home, Im not sure if Ill workout more or just call it a day. I did 30 minutes of cardio yesterday, and 40 minutes of heavy lifting.

    That’s awesome! I’d love to start on a yoga class of a similar level. I also get vertigo... Anyways today my workout is shoveling snow. Saves on driving to the gym! 👍🏻

    @Fattleass hugs to you. Please quit beating yourself up. We've all been there. I fact, I'm there now myself. But I just keep looking forward and not back. I can't change today or yesterday, but I can try again tomorrow for a good day.

    Yes!! I love when the numbers go down! Today's the day I go try out the boxing class with my friend, which explains why I'm up so devilishly early on a Saturday 😳

    @DreaRN15 report back and let us know what title boxing is and how it was. I'm thinking it's old school boxing but you never know.

    @Fattleass hang in there! ❤️
    I’ve had a lot of the same feelings lately. It’s tough at this time of year for many reasons - Christmas come down and cold weather can lead to a desire to hibernate and comfort ourselves with food. Tomorrow is a new day.

    So Title Boxing is like a full body aerobics class. It's a room filled with rows of the big bags. You do a 15 min warm up, 8 "rounds" at 3 minutes each of whatever combinations (jab, cross, hook, uppercut) the coach calls out and then 15 minutes of core work to finish. You get short breaks between each round. It went by fast but I anticipate being tremendously sore tomorrow. Those gloves are heavier than they look, but I signed up so I will definitely be going back!!

    @DreaRN15 that sounds amazing and right up my alley. I live on a small town though and we don't usually have stuff like that but going to see the closest. Have fun!

    It's not in my city either. I have to drive 30 minutes to get there, but if it helps me reach my goal then it's worth it! Search for Title Boxing Club, hopefully there's one close to you!!

    Those donuts at the office today didn’t phase me. My competitive instincts have kicked in and I want our group to win February!! Is anyone else crazy competitive like that or am I weird? 😁

    I am. I do a weightloss challenge at work, I know i wont win at I'm not a newbie and have quite a bit of muscle on me and not a ton of fat, BUT i convinced my office mate to start lifting, i haven't upper my weights in a while and she told me she upped hers, and then i upped all mine too :D i was due for it too. She also started working out like 4 days a week, i work out 7, lol, ones yoga, some are just elliptical, but i try for at least something. It's weird but it keeps me motivated, lol
