Was doing okay, then pool party yesterday and was munching on everything. Free gourmet chocolates? Yes please! Also really tired and my husband kept feeding me to keep me sugared and caffeinated. I do need to start doing better to get the snoring under control.

Hi all,
I'm currently on the road. Will have to miss this week's weigh-in, unless it's okay I weighing tomorrow for this week. I suspect I've gained weigh on this trip as anything fasting and low-carb rules has been thrown out the window. Again... back to square one.1 -

@mulecanter @jessicakrall8 I am also just getting home from a mini vacation. I'll submit my weight in the morning. I also expect a gain and am getting equally frustrated because I can't seem to get myself on track again.4

Sorry about being MIA. I was totally lazy and unmotivated this weekend. Scared with hurting my leg muscles again so no Lifting and no running as I felt the impact of my short run last week. No exercise gives me a gloomy mood instantly and I overate last night. My sister in law brought over a butterscotch ice-cream tub on Sunday and I finished a big portion last night.
A bit irked with myself and needing to uplift my mood today I just went out and walked in the jogging track, surrounded by the greenery. It was far better than walking/jogging on the dreadmill!! I am refocusing on my goal to get a normal weight or at least nearest to normal on the healthy weight zone by my birthday. Last six months I had just lost my zen, today I felt the need to get closer the nature and not stress myself too much.

aweful steps monday, Im like the family chauffeur right now, my step dad doesnt drive due to his last heart attack, my husband cant drive due to his treatment he is in, my oldest son had 2 doctors appointments, so I was off work monday but spent 8am to 5pm driving people to appointments, then my son has strep again, 3rd time in 5 weeks, so I took yesterday off as well and drove to 2 other appointments but managed to get a 30 minute workout in.5 -
I think I have all the steps and weights recorded from above. As always, please check my work. My internet access has been sporatic at work--rude of them to keep me off MFP while working.2

I went to scheels last night, and looked at their workout equipment because o want a power rack, and they have this, OMG I WANT THIS SO BAD AHHHH!!!! I just dont think I can justify the $1250 for this and the 30olb olympic barbell set
