Hi girls
My charity trek to China is looming, I leave two weeks on Thursday...eek!!
I am currently training hard 6 days week at the gym as well as my usual classes of zumba and body pump. If someone had told me even 6 months ago that at 50 I could cope with the exercise schedule I have at the moment, I would have laughed and said they were crazy! Its amazing how we change I am loving it and doing it sensibly, warming up properly and stretching for 20 mins after so my body is holding up well too.
So ladies don't underestimate yourselves, I hated exercise when I was a kid....love it now!
