FIRM UP!
1. Firm up muscles by using gym and trainer....goal no injury ...4 workouts
2. Firm up food diary habit
3. Firm up food choices...add one good food or delete one bad one per week
4. Firm up mindful eating...no eating while reading fiction....
Exercise goals
1. strong 5k race tomorrow with daughter
2. wetsuit practice for March race x 3
3. get bike riding back up to 20 miles

    I just realized how long it's been since I've posted in our group. :-( I haven't been on FaceBook much either, but I count that a win!

    Your favorite run location is very pretty. Is it very buggy that close to inland water?

    at times the bugs are terrible....lityle biting gnats called no-see-ums. i bike there too and they get under my helmet but usually only in early morning and dusk....the bugs are so bad that the bats swoop in front of me grabbing dinner ( i stop when the bats come out but the sunsets are so beautiful here)wwhp8je9o67f.jpg

    cracked knee cap during Jan trail bike and run race so easy on the bike
