I'm starting off with a healthy egg and bean breakfast. Later today, I'll do a 2-3 mile walk with the dog. Every little bit helps (or not).0

Grocery shopping, I avoided buying SB snacks so I will shop today.

Even though I wasn't feeling well after having to fast for my bloodwork this morning I still managed to walk 2 miles on the treadmill at a moderate pace. I'm finally starting to feel more normal. It probably wasn't my best decision to schedule my lab work the day after riding 69 miles but the weather has been messing with my schedule.0
