Hungry for snacks

Guys it’s almost 11am and I’m quickly eating away at all my snacks. Didn’t have time to eat breakfast today and was short on my meal prep.

Comment below with your favorite snacks because I’m clearly in the market...

    This week I’ve been snacking on Applegate herb turkey breast. Just roll it up and eat. Tastes like Thanksgiving. I’ve been wanting to put avocado in the middle of it but haven’t taken the time.

    I've been relying on sugar snap peas and hummus mostly! And then cereal if I know I'm working out/soccering...probably not the best option but it works

    1 ounce of almonds is a good snack-it has approx 6 grams of protein, and 160kcals. The fat and protein are good fillers.

    Also, add a piece of fruit or veggies to the nuts. Perfect snack!
    Note: eating fiber is important. If you don’t normally eat a lot of fiber, gradually increase your daily amount to a goal 30 grams. If you increase too fast, you may feel bloated and uncomfortable because it can cause flatulence😀
