Hey all! My name is Emily. I had gastric bypass (RNY) August of 2017. I am joining not only the group but my fitness pal in general as sort of a source to hold me accountable. I am now in the stage where I need that. I've had some health issues that came post op and am not getting back on my feet. I could use the support, but I guess that is why we are all here! If anyone has any words of wisdom, or wants to pair up and maybe be each others support, please reach out! Thanks bunches!

Hello. I did " not get back on my feet" for 6 months in 2018. Probably from August until December. I stopped drinking my water, stopped taking in the appropriate amount of protein. I even stopped taking my vitamins. My RNY was December 2017. I restarted intermittent fasting about a month ago and have lost 10 pounds. My goal weight is 130. This is one thing I know we can do. Revisit your purposes for having the surgery. How much weight have you lost. One thing I had to realize is that in my case the weight wont just fall off JUST because I had WLS. I have to USE MY TOOL appropriately and since I have , I am losing weight. As the drunks say "It works if you work it"1
