If you are under medical care. Or have a condition that requires you to eat every certain hours please talk to your doctor or nutritionist.

-Eat a regular or Keto meal at about 6 or 7pm
-Drink about 16 oz of water between your last meal of the day and bed time
-Drink about 32 oz of water between the time you wake up and the time you are having a meal.
-If you fasting for 24 hours:
Prepare chicken or bone broth the night before with salt and celery for good flavor.
Eat your chicken broth every time you feel hungry.
If you are too hungry it means you need to eat food. DO NOT overstrain your system.
Remember, you can start with a 12 hour fast and increment it little by little.
Start your fast in the evening to take advantage of the overnight regular fasting
The earlier you start your fasting the night before, the earlier you will complete your 12 hour fasting.
Remember Water Water water and more water.
