Ivor Cummings, aka Fat Emperor, has a new podcast. Ivor does a lot of work with cholesterol, CAC scans and low carb, so I think this will continue to be informative podcasts.

    Thanks @retirehappy I will have to check that book out. Last night I got into Suggestible You, The curious science of your brain's ability to deceive, transform and heal by Erik Vance. It is causing me to rethink what is really behind my major health improvements since 2014. :)

    I got this for my birthday. :) It is pretty good. I bit less technical than I expected from him. ;)
