Welcome to the March 2019 Ultimate Accountability Challenge!
Some of you have been with this challenge for months and some are brand new. This is one of the hardest challenges to stay with throughout the entire month. FOCUS, FOCUS, FOCUS!! Log every BLT (Bite, Lick, Taste). Stay strong and true to yourself....YOU WILL SUCCEED!!
Please feel free to share as much information as you feel comfortable sharing about yourself with the rest of the group. I look forward to getting to know all of you a little better.
GOOD LUCK!

I'm back for my third month! I was in the Winner's Circle in January, and will be in February as well. UAC has been vital to keeping me on track these past two months and helping me continue to lose. I'm looking forward to the Winner's Circle in March!6

March will be my 16th month in UAC. I am in maintenance which I find every bit as difficult, if not more so, than losing weight. Upon reaching goal weight it could be so very easy to become complacent. A good nutrition plan does not end once goal weight is attained. It is a lifestyle change wherein being mindful requires continued diligence and accountability. A sincere welcome is extended to those of you who are new to the challenge; and I look forward to continuing the challenge with past participants. Kindest regards.11

Back for my fifth month. Working on improving my fitness and health. Made the Winners Circle for the fourth time last'onth.
My smart scale app tells me that I should reach my target weight two weeks before my birthday in April. Wouldn’t that be a wonderful birthday present.
This is a good place for anyone to start the practicing of new habits, in a supportive and encouraging atmosphere

Best of luck to everyone.8 -
Hey UAC buddies, I'm Rowan from Northamptonshire, uk. This is my first challenge of this type, I've been doing 24 hrs exercise in 28 days challenge during Feb and have 2.5 hrs left til goal. I've also been doing a weight loss challenge and I've really enjoyed them both but I'm hoping being part of this group will be even more encouraging and motivating!10

I can't wait to start again!! Exciting to see so many new members. February was my first time with UAC. Man has it helped!! It was very eye opening to myself. I look forward to starting over with more success. This group has helped me to make a habit of keeping track of what I eat and more mindful to getting my exercise in. I look forward to spending March with all of you!! It's almost Spring...….which brings Summer......BRING IT ON8

Hi Everyone!
My name is April and this will be my first month. I am looking forward to this challenge. I live where you vacation in sunny Florida. I am happily married. I am a huge Disney fan and try to go at least once a week. I even did a Disney race 2 years ago.
Right now I weigh over 450 pounds, I am thinking maybe 460/470. I am not sure though because my scale only goes up to 450. That is hurting me right now and I am finding it hard to stay motivated. I know there are more ways to measure weight loss, but my measurements didn't change at all last time I lost weight until I hit 80 pounds lost. I am very motivated by the scale and to not be able to use it right now sucks!
My job as an online influencer/blogger keeps me at my computer a lot but I get to set my own hours so I am trying to take out more time for heavy-duty housework, walks with my dogs, and dance workouts.
I am looking forward to making new friends and continuing my journey to a healthier me!16 -
I'm back again ... and expecting to hit my initial target maintenance zone this month. At that point, I will probably "hold station" as I try out a new exercise program that targets toning up my core muscles / spend more time studying than I have in a while / and deciding if my final-FINAL maintenance zone is going to be even closer to BMI Dead Center Normal than I originally envisioned in May 2017 .....
Once I get to my initial target maintenance zone, it's gonna be more about vanity INCHES than vanity POUNDS.
I REALLY like how this challenge is structured to suit / support ANYONE regardless of whether they are just starting their transformation - in the middle of a long haul - or already at maintenance.8 -
I would love to join!!6

Hi all!
March will be my second month with MFP and my 2nd month with the UAC.
I’m 5’4 and started @ 237.8 lbs. My goal is lose 100 lbs before Feb 1, 2020.
With 3 days left in Feb UAC, I’m thrilled to be at goal ~ 8 lbs lost.
I love the UAC program @RangerRickL, the group members, the motivation, and the support.
I was looking good to head to the Winner’s Circle but a last minute health issue took me out of the race. Thanks to the accountability, I haven’t strayed from my diet at all and am still losing.
Welcome to the new members!

Hi everyone! I'm Kelly. I'm a newbie as well. I've used MFP on and off for several years and recently found my motivation again. Hoping this group will help me stay accountable. I've already took a huge step by eliminating soda. I am currently 15 days soda free and down almost 5 lbs! Here's to a great month for all of us!6
-
Wow!! Welcome to all the newbies. It is great to see so many joining the challenge. This will be my 6th month in the Challenge. I reached my goal at the end of Jan. I plan on being here indefinitely as I work on cementing these habits into a permanent lifestyle change.7

Hey! Joined for the first time. I'm terrible at logging any food after lunch. I hope this will help inspire me to keep on track8

Hi I'm Krystal. Ive lost 40 lbs over the past 2.5 - 3 years and at 173lbs and 5'4" I still have some work to do. My preferred method of weight loss has been the ketogenic diet(after much research and trial and error) My latest deep dive into this lifestyle has been by far the most successful since my brother and sister in law decided to join in with me and also since I've finally given in to food logging. So this challenge seemed like a good next step for me. Reporting here daily with the added physical activity is just what I needed to fuel up the ol' engine and double up on some accountability.10

I overheard on the news yesterday, I think ABC Evening News, anyways, they said, what one thing has proven to bring the most success to losing weight according to their report....guess what...…..LOGGING three meals a day it said!! Whoot whoot for us!3
