Exercised?: Yes!! Walked my kitten Buffy for 25 minutes, burned 126 cal [iWatch, UA Record]
Calories?: Yes [MFP] 1391/1400 cal
Tracked?: Yes [MFP]
(Out of March Winner’s Circle, dealing with shingles, still tracking away!)
I took Buffy outside for her first leash walk. I’ve been working with her inside for awhile! She did great.
Oh my, that brings back memories. I had 2 cats I walked on a leash. Well, technically, one cat. The other one was more like a drag from one point to the next ... any time you would try to walk, she would lay down.3 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Leg Day! 60 minutes of lower body strength this morning; 1.5 mile treadmill walk after work.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and under
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!
@strongscarlet That is so awesome! And Buffy is adorable. My first cat Sarah (she passed a few years ago) loved to be taken out on the harness for walks. It's amazing how some cats absolutely love it, and some cannot stand it. LOL
@ScarletBegonias27 Good for you getting it done old school!
@Kwinnero I hope you enjoyed your day no matter if you took a Pass Day or not. Like the wise @BMcC9 and @jan110144 said, taking a Pass Day isn't a failure. I've learned that after my first month, and I just try to use them wisely. And honestly, having UAC does make me take a moment to ask do I really need that before I put it in my mouth. You'll do great no matter what happens this one day!4 -
yes to exercise

Redeemed myself after yesterday ... too bad I can't retro-apply some of the exercise time ...
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Actually ordered and started the Dynamic Dance-based core work .... once I get past the short instructional sections and into the 30 sets, it's gonna really make itself felt! ~10 of that plus 1hr 14 minute jogging on mini-trampoline.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, and well over
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!

I'm still in my burnout nursing position, but negotiating for two new job possibilities. I'm so stressed by the end of the day, that I just want to drink and overeat. I haven't so far. But am hanging on by my nails. I just want to feel better, and shake the stress and fatigue off.6 -
Not going for the winner’s circle this month as I took the first 4 days of March as pass days. I let a round of grad school finals throw me off my workout routine. Trying to stay accountable for the rest of the month anyway..

Yes x 3
Tracked every bite
Walked 78 mins & > 10K steps
Over by 176 calories- very unlike my usual eating. I am not fretting but I AM taking note & recommitting to caring enough to eat more healthily & get back to my earlier eating patterns. I felt better.
I can’t figure out why. I’m happy, making art & seeing friends. I think it may simply be that my body does not handle sugar well. It begins small & then I find myself eating fewer fruits/veg & more & more sugary items. I’m turning this around this moment. Breakfast is planned & laid out. Lean meat for lunch is cooked already.
Thank you UAC❣️

March 5th Pass day
I am now disqualified for the month. Life is crazy at the moment, my class and project are starting to calm down, and I will be glad to see this class completed by the end of the week. I keep telling myself its important to learn from my stumbles and keep moving forward.8 -

Exercise yes
Had a busy day Walked on treadmill late to get exercise in. I really dreaded it however I couldn't believe how fast it seemed. Memo to self "just do it" don't overthink it. Really we build things up as harder to do than they really are. Of course being in the challenge helps with that extra push.
Calories yes

This is definitely true for me. I can eat lots of sugar via fruits, but eat refined sugar puts me on a very bad path. The only good thing now is that I know to get right back on plan and call on discipline for a couple of days. After that, everything falls back in place. The good news is that eating fruit seems to curb other sugar cravings

@astroamy Here is a link to the Angkor Wat virtual run, if you are interested. I enjoyed it. You can use a treadmill, elliptical...or just exercise as you watch to fulfill the UAC exercise requirement for the day.

Yes x 3 for Tuesday
Had my first cardio boot camp session in months...modified for my knee of course. Even so, it whipped me and it felt great to sweat. Never thought I'd be someone who enjoyed this type of thing5 -

@w8goal4life that virtual run is really cool! It looks like you are using that from youtube. I'm going to have to do some exploring.1 -

Good for you! It is interesting how exercise starts out as a "have to" and ends up as a "want to". (With the exception of planks... still have not reached that point that I "want" to do planks!)0
