No Progress - but starting again

So today I have a 90 day streak of MFP log-in, which sounds great, but I don't have anything to show for it really. Sure, I may have opened the app every day and logged a few meals or snacks, but there are very few complete and honest days tracked within that 90 days. Overall the scale has gone up and down a few pounds, but actually am at 0 pounds changed from exactly 90 days ago. Imagine where I'd be if I had spent the last 90 days committed to a better outcome? But no matter, the next 90 can be different. After having bronchitis for the last 2 weeks I'm feeling well enough to get moving today. I've logged my breakfast and lunch (brought from home!) so today is a good day.
If anyone else out there had great intentions of losing 100 in 2019 but is struggling, don't worry you're not alone. We can still make great progress this year!!

Good job! It's not an easy journey by any means, but the key is to never give up. You can ALWAYS start again. Way to go!0
