Beef challenge reset

Stayed carnivore but low beef over the weekend.

Reset today:

Burgers for lunch (seasoned, a little mustard, no cheese)
12.5oz ribeye for supper

Next 3 days I have work

Braised beef chuck roast and burgers for all three days

    How’s the challenge going? Drop in weight or non-scale results or both?

    No real drop in weight. However, my weight loss follows a pattern where I am relatively stable for a week or two, then make big drops. I expect to see some scale changes soon. Non-scale, I feel good. Lack of appetite that I have to force myself around sometimes. And not because I don't like beef, because I love it. Just between all the meat and black coffee, just don't feel alot of hunger.
